By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

1. We sell anime clothing, specifically Oversized T-shirts and Hoodies. Our products are produced in the USA and in Europe, and will be shipped from the closest warehouse to your address.

2. Our blank T-shirts are sourced from Bangladesh, and the blank Hoodies from Pakistan. The imprinting and creation of the final product is done in Europe and USA.

3. We might offer different product options in the future.

4. The pictures of our products on our website and our app are for illustrative purposes. We work to ensure that colours are displayed as accurate as possible.

5. We offer a 30-day guarantee, since the day of product arrival to your address, in case you don't find the product good quality or it doesn't meet your expectations. Check Returns & Exchanges.

SECTION 3 - DAMAGED PRODUCTS

1. We use third party suppliers to ship our products. If you happen to receive a damaged product, or the quality of the product doesn't match your expectations, please send us an email ASAP and we will either refund you, or sort it out in a manner you are not in a losing position.

2. We take responsibility for all damaged products, even if they are damaged outside of our facilities.

SECTION 4 - PRICING

1. The prices displayed on our products are ALWAYS the final prices (including shipping and taxes).

2. We offer free shipping on all our products.

3. We might occasionally change our prices, or apply promotions and discounts.

4. If by any change the price displayed is different from the price at checkout, it is a bug or an error from our part, and we kindly ask for you to warn us so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

SECTION 5 - PAYMENT METHODS

1. We accept a variety of payment methods to ensure trust and convenience for our customers. The available options are:

• Paypal
• Google Pay
• Apple pay

2. We do not offer any other option than the referred ones. If you would like to pay in another way, or feel like there could be another suitable option, please email us at support@tokyotroupe.com and we will analyze the issue.

3. In case of refunds, we will give you your money back by the same method you payed us in the first place.

SECTION 6 - PLACING AN ORDER

1. How you can place an order

Orders are placed through our website. Once you’ve added the product(s) you’d like to your basket, you’ll go through our checkout procedure where you’ll need to enter your contact details, delivery and billing information.  Please check, double check and even triple check your order (e.g. the product(s), size(s) and delivery address) before clicking the “complete order” button or the “pay now” button. 

2. Acceptance of your order

Your order is an offer from you to us to buy the product(s) in your basket. After you place an order, you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received it. Our official acceptance of your order takes place when we email you to confirm we’ve dispatched your product(s).  It’s at this point that a contract will come into existence between you and us.  When we acknowledge your order, we’ll also confirm your order number.  If you need to contact us about your order, you should quote this number. 

3. Cancellation of placed orders

If you have already placed an order and want to cancel it, we advise you to contact us ASAP so we look at it before shipping, although we can't guarantee the cancellation. The quicker you contact us the bigger the chance we can attend to your request.

If you have already received a confirmation that the product was shipped, you won't be able to cancel.

4. Restrictions on placing orders

To order our products, you must be at least 18 years old and be authorised to use the payment method which you use to pay for the products you order.

If you are under 18, you may place an order only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
