Shipping Policy

1. Available Countries

We currently only ship to the US, Canada, Europe and UK.

Unfortunately, any country besides the mentioned we do not offer any shipping options at the moment.

We do not do it because with the shipping rates the final price of the products would be too high.

We are currently studying alternatives, so keep an eye on!

2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. This may slightly vary based on product availability, order volume, or holidays.

3. Shipping Methods

We ship from the US and from Europe (Latvia).

  • Domestic Shipping (Within USA): 5-8 business days
  • International Shipping (Europe, Canada and UK): 6-12 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs processing, and other factors.

4. Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all our products.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable) and a link to track your order. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment until it arrives at your designated address.

6. Shipping Address

  • Accurate Information: It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Tokyo Troupe LLC is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
  • Address Changes: If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: In the event that your order is lost during transit, please contact our customer support team at support@tokyotroupe.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us right away. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and take photos of the damage for verification purposes. Check Returns & Exchanges.

While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time, please note that delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including severe weather, postal strikes, or other unexpected events. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance.
