1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns on all our items within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The product arrived damaged.
2. The product didn't meet the expectations in terms of quality.
3. The wrong product was sent.

Once we receive the product, we will return you the money through the same method you used when paying.

In some cases, if you prefer it that way, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used toward any future purchase on our website.

2. Exchanges

We put a lot of emphasis on our Sizing Guide and we advise you to look carefully at it before ordering.

Our products have their own unique size, and we provide you all the info you need to pick the right size.

Therefore, we do not take responsability for the order of incorrect sizes. We do not do exchanges for that matter.

If instead of a refund, you want to exchange the product sent because of the before mentioned reasons :

1. The product was damaged.
2. The product didn't meet the expectations in terms of quality.
3. The wrong product was sent.

We apply the same rules and procedures as for returns, but instead of refunding you or giving you store credit, we will send you a new product.

4. How to Contact Us for Returns or Exchanges

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you want to return or exchange
• The reason for the return or exchange
• Any supporting images (if applicable)

*In the case of products that arrived damaged, it is mandatory to send images of the damage as proof, for us to validate.

Once we validate your return/exchange process, we will provide you the address for returning the product and all the additional info you need.

When we receive the product, if it meets the criteria (being unused and in new condition, except if it's a damaged one) we will refund you the money through the same method you used when paying.
